Live wedding guest portraits are a unique and memorable way to add a personal, artistic touch to your celebration. I am honored to help create a special experience for you and your guests on your wedding day. Each guest will receive a custom 5×7 illustration to take home, serving as a one-of-a-kind keepsake and wedding favor.
In addition to providing a meaningful memento, live portraits also offer a form of interactive entertainment. Guests are welcome to watch as their illustrations are created throughout the event, making the artistic process part of the celebration itself.
Approximately 30 guest portraits will be completed on-site during the wedding and available for guests to take home that day. Any remaining portraits will be finished after the event and mailed to the bride and groom for distribution to their guests.

How will live painting work? Guests can come to my table starting during cocktail hour and then throughout the evening to get their photo taken. Typically people will get their photos taken during cocktail hour and then check back in to receive their portrait during the reception. Each portrait will be on high quality 5x7 watercolor paper and secured in a clear sleeve. How long will it take? Industry standard is around 5 minutes for one person, 10 minutes for 2 people. This is about 6 portraits an hour. What if all of the portraits aren’t finished at the end of the night? It is standard to not finish all of the guests during the wedding, though I will do my best to get through as many as possible. Any that have not been finished by the end of the contracted 5 hours will be completed and mailed to you within one week so that you can send them with your thank you cards. I will also send the guest photographs so that you can match them to the portraits.
